Good location clean and tidy Positive: Location great Negative: Advertised 3 bed 3 bathroom when one Bathroom was only a powder room

Fabulous modern property with amazing views! Positive: Stunning property. Breathtaking views and close to everything. Everything you need for a great holiday and plenty of room for six people. Negative: It was perfect - but if you are walking to places be prepared for the steep driveway.

Central Paihia with a view. Positive: Great view, nice and warm (naturally and gas fire place) in winter. Kitchen worked with with fridge with ice maker. Very handy for town.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, and the host was very kind and helpful. Our kids loved it and Positive: Location

Positive: The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. It is in the perfect location for wandering to everything in Paihia and Waitangi, and having a carpark is great for getting further afield. I would recommend this place for couples or groups looking for a getaway that feels like luxury. Negative: The only issue we had was a couple of very windy days which made the bathroom fan upstairs rattle and bang a bit, which was a bit annoying in the night. But not a big deal, and wasn't a problem at all when it wasn't windy.
